You deserve thoughtful, compassionate care that meets you where you are and supports meaningful change.

Mental health care, centered on you

I offer individualized, compassionate therapy for adults. My approach is collaborative and relationship-focused, combining evidence-based practices with genuine human connection. Whether we meet in person or through Telehealth, my goal is to provide care that feels thoughtful, accessible, and tailored to you.

I believe therapy is one of the bravest forms of self-care. I don’t see you as someone who needs to be fixed. I see someone with strength, survival, and a story worth honoring. My work is about helping you understand yourself, break old patterns, and build a life that actually feels like yours.

Education & Experience

In 2010, I received a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from the University of Iowa. In 2012, I received a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin - Madison, with a focus on health, aging, and disabilities.

My clinical background includes work in community mental health, hospice, and medical social work.

A bit more about me

I’m a person who values genuine connection and showing up as I am. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me at my favorite cycling studio, enjoying a good cup of coffee, or spending time with my dog, Sammich.
